Merge author

I gave a beta reader a copy of this book (pre-publication):

And she has created a manual entry for it.

I would appreciate if someone could merge PD Workman on that book with my author profile:

Then as the author I can upload the proper cover graphic, indicate in the description that it is still pre-release, and when it is published, pull in the proper ASIN/ISBN numbers so we don't end up with a duplicate book too.
