A book about a mobster and his daughter he has a child hood friend he grew up with in a group home Acosta I believe was his name, this mobster has a daughter who gets pregnant by a powerful man I think and names her son Roberto, Roberto and his cousin a blonde teenager who's mom was an actress and died get kidnapped she was meeting an actor she had a crush on I think and they r rescued by the mother and grandfather.
