ABANDONED. Girl and boy fell in love as kids-grow apart- and reunite as adults

Ok..
I found a book last year ...and from what I remember it was supposed to come out in 2014...
I only read the description and it was something like this:
A girl and a boy were in foster care(I think) and best friends.Then after a while their friendship fell apart and they meet again when they're adults.The only problem is that he is not the same person anymore...maybe rich or arrogant ..something like that and she doesn't know what happened because he used to be caring and loving..
It's been crazy because I can't remember the name of the book and I know that I was really excited for it to come out.The only problem is I've looked through my shelves 100 times and I can't find it...which makes me think that it's not there...BUT I ALWAYS ADD A BOOK WHEN I LIKE THE DESCRIPTION~~It's so frustrating!
So please if it rings any bells, let me know:)
