The award search is useless, though. I just tried searching "alex", "alex award", "alex awards" and "ala alex award" and all of them returned no results. None of them gave me the ALA Alex Award page.

The awards -- and just the awards on the whole GR site, as far as I know -- are case sensitive. You need to search for "Alex".
