I have to say that the website you found seems pretty far out there, if not totally bonkers.
People have made claims that the skulls of Paracas are extraterrestrials but Erich Von Daniken and his followers are not taken seriously by anyone with a scientific background.
I'm sorry if this was a suspect source. One of my friends posted the link on Facebook and I thought it was interesting so I shared it. I didn't investigate the rest of the site at all.
