Sue just my opinion but i think he must be waiting for HBO to finish the series for him.

Brooklyn Ann LOL, at times that has been my suspicion. That and giving us the entire book piecemeal with all the "sample chapters" he keeps tossing us. If he wanted to do a serial, he should have said so! XD
