out of character posting
Use double parenthesis when speaking out of character and only for posting orders (see below). Any other out of character comments are highly discouraged/forbidden.
posting orders
When a scene is established, create a posting order of the characters in that scene. Anytime a character joins or leaves scene, create a new posting order. Always bold. Like so:

characters
Wait for characters to be approved before entering them into a roleplay.
material
Post no explicit material (swearing is acceptable in moderation).
pictures
Post no pictures, use words instead.
scene endings
When a scene has expired, mark the end like so (and always bold):
