A fun read, highly recommend to baseball fans.

White Fire (Pendergast)
by Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child
A mystery from 1876 in a remote mining camp in Colorado.
Enjoyable read, enjoy this series.

It's an okay read.

Lorraine, is that the only Pendergast book you've read, or have you tried others? I keep picking them up but never try one.

I think the Pendergast series started strong, got out of hand, and is now returning to its center.

I've read all the Pendergast series. Some are better than others, but I did enjoy reading them all. There is also an "air" of mystery of the main character.
