The Baseball Hall of Shame, The Best of Blooperstown
by Bruce Nash & Allan Zullo
A fun read, highly recommend to baseball fans.

White Fire (Pendergast)
by Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child
A mystery from 1876 in a remote mining camp in Colorado.
Enjoyable read, enjoy this series.

Is It Just Me, Or Is It Nuts Out There?
by Whoopi Goldberg
Pet Peeves of Whoppi's, which many I share.
It's an okay read.

Susie Fevella (susieinks) | 1800 comments Lorraine, is that the only Pendergast book you've read, or have you tried others? I keep picking them up but never try one.

BarryP (barrypz) | 3513 comments I think the Pendergast series started strong, got out of hand, and is now returning to its center.

Ann (annrumsey) | 17047 comments Good month, Lorraine! You beat me with your three books to my two. Love your descriptions, they really help us decide if we want to try them too.

I've read all the Pendergast series. Some are better than others, but I did enjoy reading them all. There is also an "air" of mystery of the main character.
