Eden walked in, she was in her tank top and gym shorts. She had just finished running for track and was starving. Eden got in line and smiled at the little girl and what looked like her dad or older brother in front of her. Eden had always wanted a little sister, she only had brothers. She couldn't stop staring at the little girl as she talked with the either her dad or brother, Eden couldn't tell. She giggled lightly when she said her bunny's name was happy.

Natalie heard a laugh and turned to look at the girl behind them. She squinted at her and tilted her head. Oliver raised an eyebrow when Nat suddenly turned around, quickly glancing over his shoulder. "Oh! Uh...hi." He said to the girl, before looking at his daughter. "Nat! Stop staring!" He whispered to her as he dropped down to crouch beside her. Natalie kept staring at the girl, however. "Do you want to meet Happy? He's blue. And a bunny!" Natalie suddenly asked the girl, bouncing up and down on the balls of her feet.
Eden smiled at the little girls dad, "hi" she looked at the little girl and smiled "sure! I like bunnies" she knelt down and smiled at the little girl, she was adorable! She set down her blue duffle bag and looked at get dad "I'm Eden" she held a hand out to him and smiled shyly.
Natalie giggled and cheered. "Yay!" She turned to Oliver with a goofy grin on her face. "See daddy. Happy is impor-import-" She huffed. "You know the word." Oliver laughed and ruffled her hair again. "I know he's important. I was just saying that food was more important." He looked at Eden when she introduced herself and smiled. He took her hand in his. "Hey. I'm Oliver and this is my little girl, Natalie."
Emily smiled at the little girl and then looked at Oliver "She's adorable" she nodded and smiled at the little girl "you should tell your Daddy what you want to eat, you could share with happy" she nodded and smiled at the little girl. Eden was always shy around people her age or older, but she loved little kids, and was always as hyper as them when she was around them.
Oliver smiled and nodded. "Yeah. She is, isn't she?" He murmured happily, mostly to herself. Natalie's eyes widened at Eden's suggestion and her jaw dropped. "That's. An. Amazing! Idea!" She giggled and turned to her dad, quickly telling him what she wanted, then looked at Eden again. "Thank you for the idea. I'm gonna share wif Happy!" Oliver smiled at her mispronunciation of 'with', which he found adorable. She could never seem to say it correctly. Yet, anyway.
Eden smiled "no problem, just don't tell anyone else, okay? Our little secret" she nodded and stood up and picked up her duffle bag and smiled at the little girl. She always loved little kids, especially little girls. She wanted to have a little girl when she got older, but she wasn't sure that was gonna happen anymore.
Natalie nodded, suddenly getting extremely serious. "Yes. I promise. Our secret." She held a hand over her heart, before looking up at Oliver. "Daaaddddyyy...." She whined. "When will the food be done?" Oliver raised an eyebrow and laughed. "Really? I just ordered. These guys are fast, but not that fast." He reached down and grabbed Nat's hand, pulling her out of the line. "Now let's not hold up the line any longer." Natalie frowned. "But daddy...I'm hungry."
Eden smiled at the little girl and ordered, she didn't talk much to the guy at the counter that was trying to flirt with her. Once she was done she moved over and stood next to Oliver and the little girl. She waited for her food and looked over at Natalie "where is happy?" She smiled lightly
Oliver sighed and reached down, scooping her up in his arms. "You, missy, need to learn to be patient." Natalie frowned and crossed her arms over her chest. "But I don't wanna be pa-pa-pati-" She sighed. "That word that you said." Oliver laughed and poked her nose, which had Nat's frown starting to fall away. "Patient? Well you need to anyway." Natalie sighed, but then smiled at Eden when she spoke up. "Happy's in my daddy's car. My Auntie Emilie got him for me."
Eden nodded and smiled "Do you you have any other animals?" She fiddled with her duffle bag and watched her. Natalie was the cutest thing, she looked St Oliver, he was also adorable. She blushed lightly and looked back at the little girl in his arms.
Natalie giggled and nodded. "Of course I do! I've got lots of animals!" Oliver nodded in agreement and laughed. "Oh jeez...she has about a million animals. Her entire bed is completely covered in them, plus there are tons scattered around her floor. She loves her animals." He kissed Nat's forehead, which caused Nat to giggle. "Yes I do!"
Eden smiled "I had a lot of stuffed animals when I was little, they all bad names and they all slept in my bed." She nodded a d blushed light "I still have a few that I keep on my book shelves" she smiled at Nat then Oliver "I grew out of it when I was around ten, how old is she?" She took her drink when it came out and took a sip of it.

((Don't worry about it. I know how that is))Natalie grinned at Eden when she talked about her animals. "That is awesome. But why did you grow out of them? Stuffed animals are cool and the best of friends!" Oliver laughed at Nat's words and rolled his eyes. "Until you get new friends, right?" Natalie shook her head. "No! Animals are best!" Oliver laughed as he looked over at Eden. "She's three, almost four." He replied, finding it hard to believe that he would be 20 in a couple of months and Natalie four in a month after him.
Eden smiled and nodded "well, some times, prone get distracted by school and other things and forget about animals" she nodded and looked at Oliver "what school do you go to?" She knew he was probably in college since his daughter was almost four, but she didn't know so she would ask anyways.
((Sorry if I take awhile to reply. I'm working on my speech))Natalie sighed. "Well I'm never going to forget about my animals. They will always be my friends and I will never get rid of them."She vowed with a look of complete seriousness. Oliver laughed at his daughter and shook his head slightly. He turned back to Eden as he answered with, "I go to Colburn. It's not too far from here." He glanced around, before shrugging, then looked down at his watch. Thankfully it was the weekend so he didn't have classes, but he would have to go to work soon, so he kept an eye on the time.
Emily nodded "that's where I want to go next year, I'm at LAHS for the rest of this year. My brother goes to Colburn" she had started to ramble. Eden blushed deep red "sorry, I just ramble on sometimes." She nodded and looked down and smiled lightly. She didn't like rambling on about things, she was always doing that around cure guys.
Oliver nodded and grinned. "That's awesome. Colburn's a good school. If you're interested in artistic things, it's definitely the school for you." He shook his head when she suddenly apologized and laughed. "Don't worry about it. I didn't think you were rambling. But anyway...who's your brother? I might know him or might have at least heard of him." He felt Natalie rest her head on his shoulder, which caused him to smile at her softly and kiss the top of her head.
Eden smiled lightly "probably Preston, I can't remember though, they are twins and they look the same" she shrugged "it might be Philip, but I'm pretty sure it's Preston" she nodded. Eden was always getting confused about which brother went to which school, it was hard to remember.
Oliver raised an eyebrow. "You don't know what's going on with your own brothers?" He paused. "Wait...you have brothers that are twins?" He asked. He couldn't stop thinking about how ironic that was, considering he was a twin, himself. "But either way, I don't think I know them. What kind of things are they majoring in? Like art, music, movies?"
"music" she smiled "they drug me across the country so they could go to college, I don't pay attention to them much, they are both out of the house a lot" she shrugged and looked at him "is it weird that I have twin brothers?" She smiled light km u at him. She didn't talk to people this much, so she was surprising her at the moment.
"Ahh...music. I like music, but I'm more of an art guy, myself." Oliver shifted Natalie into his other arm, glancing down at his watch again. He looked back at Eden and shook his head. "No! Of course not. I just find it funny because I am a twin, myself." He grinned as he thought of Emilie and hoped she would be off of work soon, so he could drop Natalie off with her.
Eden nodded "that's cool! Do you have a twin brother or sister?" She looked at him and picked up her bag with food in it.

She smiled at him " I'm gonna guess girl since she was talking about her aunt" she smiled lightly St him. Eden repositioned her bag on her shoulder and tightened her pony tail of dark brown hair.
Oliver smiled and nodded. "Yup. Her name's Emilie." He grinned when his food was done and hurried to grab it. He shook Natalie a little bit to get her to wake up. "Hey...wake up baby. It's lunch time."
Eden nodded "right" she smiled lightly at him "do you work?" She asked and sipped her milkshake. She knew he would probably have to go, but she diy.d herself not wanting to leave him and Natalie. They were adorable together, and he was very attractive by himself.
Oliver nodded as he set the slowly awaking Natalie down on one of the benches. "Yeah. My shift starts in about an hour. I have to eat fast, drop Nat off with Em, then go get ready for work." He sighed and set the food in front of Natalie as he ate a couple of his fries.
Eden nodded "where do you work?" She stood near the table they were at, she wasn't sure is she should sit with them or not, she hadn't been invited to sit with them, and it looked like he had to be somewhere soon so she should probably leave him alone, but she didn't want to go.
Oliver couldn't help but smile at the question. "I work at the Classic Rock Cafe." He replied after a moment, glancing up at her, then nodded to the other side of the table. "You can sit down if you want." He offered as he pulled out his own food. He laughed as Natalie started to fall asleep again and gently shook her shoulder. "You have to eat or I'm going to give Happy back to Auntie Em." He told her, which made Nat spring to life and dig into her food.
Eden smiled lightly and sat down across from him "I've never been there, but I haven't been many places around here" she shrugged and pulled out her food "I moved here about two months ago, my brothers drug me out here" she nodded and started eating, "I didn't really want to come out here, mostly because.I wanted to finish high school with my friends, but that didn't happen" she shrugged "but I do love it here, I like running here better"
Oliver's jaw dropped. "Seriously? You've never ever been there?" He asked in surprise and shook his head lightly. "Well you should go there someday. It's really cool there." He glanced over at Natalie to make sure she was okay and laughed when he noticed she already ate about half of her food. He turned back to Eden when she spoke up again. "Ahh...okay. Well. Welcome to LA. Hope you have had an enjoyable experience here so far."
Eden laughed a little and smiled at him "thanks, it's a cool place so far" she took a bite of her food "most of the people are nice, other than you I only know one more person that's nice" she nodded and shrugged "most of the girls are really rude in school" she shrugged and looked at him and smiled lightly. She looked at Natalie and smiled lightly at her, she was adorable, and she looked a lot like her dad.
Oliver nodded as she spoke, practically stuffing the food into his mouth, which he knew he would apologize for later. He was just in such a rush to make sure he had enough time to get things done. "Yeah. A lot of girls are extremely rude, which I just...don't understand..." His voice sounded strained for a moment as Isabel's face appeared in his mind. He took a deep breath and forced all thoughts of her away from him. He was happy that Natalie was more of a mini him instead of a mini her. He flashed Eden an apologetic smile once he was finished with his burger. "Sorry about my terrible table manners. I'm not usually so...messy."
Eden smiled and shook her head "it's fine" she nodded and finished her food and then looked at him "you probably have to go soon" she nodded and looked at him. "Sorry for keeping you, I'll probably make you late" she cleaned up her trash and smiled at Natalie
((Sorry! Real life has been getting in the way and I haven't been very active lately..... :/ ))Oliver sighed and quickly finished off his fries. He gathered all his trash together and waited for Natalie to finish her food before he threw it away. "I'm still sorry. I swear, I have better table manners than that." He shook his head and gave her a warm smile. "You aren't making me late. Trust me. It's fine. I know when I'll have to leave and I've still got a couple of minutes."

Eden smiled and nodded "well, then you probably have better table manners then I do" she joked with him and shrugged, she looked at Natalie and smiled lightly "so your sister watches here while your at work?" She looked St him and blushed lightly all of the sudden, she had forgotten how shy she normally was, and she was slightly embarrassed that she was being so friendly with him.
Eden smiled and nodded "well, then you probably have better table manners then I do" she joked with him and shrugged, she looked at Natalie and smiled lightly "so your sister watches here while your at work?" She looked St him and blushed lightly all of the sudden, she had forgotten how shy she normally was, and she was slightly embarrassed that she was being so friendly with him.
Oliver laughed and rolled his eyes. Once Natalie was done, he gather up her trash with his own and tossed it into the garbage can. Natalie grinned at Eden when she smiled at her, then curled up in Oliver's lap. He stroked her hair as he nodded. "Yup. It's almost as if we have joint custody of her. She had no contact with her mom, though." He sighed and kissed the top of Nat's head.
Eden nodded "I see" she smiled lightly at Natalie sleeping "I don't have much experience with kids, I babysat my cousins once, but I was like ten, and they were five and six" she nodded.

She thought about when she got an abortion, she hadn't told anyone how she had even gotten pregnant, but she was, and she had an abortion, and she has always wished she didn't do that. But she did. And she couldn't change that. She started to get pale from the thought of it.
Oliver laughed softly and nodded. He adjusted Natalie so he could stand up with ease when he was ready. "Ahh...I see. Before this little one came along I had no experience, except my little brother, but everyone else mainly took care of him. All I had to do was feed him baby food when he got old enough." He raised an eyebrow when he saw her go pale. "Hey...are you okay?"
Eden nodded and looked up quickly "oh, um, yeah" she smiled lightly "sorry, I was just thinking" she nodded and but her lip lightly "so you have a little brother too?" She was going to do everything she could to push her past away for the moment, she was having a good time with him and she really didn't want to ruin it, and she didn't want to talk about herself or what happened, but mostly people found out sooner or later.
Oliver's eyebrow raised a little more at her sudden eagerness to change the topic, but let it drop. There was no need to pry into her life if she didn't want him to know. He nodded and smiled softly. "Yeah. I've got an older brother, a twin sister, and a younger brother." He stroked Natalie's hair again as he glanced down at his watch, slowly standing up when he saw the time.
Eden stood as we'll and grabbed her bag "that's cool, well, if you need anything just text me or something, I can babysit, or anything if you need anything" she blushed lightly and grabbed a napkin and wrote or her number "I'll walk out with you and give this to you out there so.you don't have to hold the napkin and Natalie" she blushed and moved out of his way. She wanted to see his car anyways.
Oliver nodded and smiled at her. "Well thanks for offering to help. That's really nice and really helpful. I won't have to depend of Em all the time that way. I love her and all, but I don't particularly like having to count on her for everything." He raised an eyebrow and laughed. "Well...if you insist on carrying the napkin, then you must." He shifted Natalie into his other arm as he started walking in the direction of his bus. "Alright. Follow me."
Eden smiled lightly and nodded, when she saw his car smiled light up "I live your bus!" She looked at him then his bus "oh my gosh it's amazing!" She always used her brothers cars, so their bus and bug, she loved vw's and always had. "I'm driving my brothers bug, it's over there" she pointed to it. She couldn't get I we how much nicer his bus was than her brothers.
Oliver grinned when she started freaking out over his bus and couldn't help but laugh a little. "Thank you. My grandpa had this and took really good care of it. I decided to keep it in the family. And fix out up a little." He explained as he unlocked the door. His eyes followed to where she was pointing and nodded. "Ahh....nice." He hoisted Natalie into her car seat and and started buckling her up.
