Bayan sat down on the ground and started to cry. then sob. Then he screamed."The capitol, stupid capitol!"
"No! We're not going to kill you Kat. We made a pact, didn't we?"
"No!! Kat, just calm down. Neither of us are going to kill you. Just settle down , okay?"
"Okay, let's work on the SETTLING DOWN part, shall we?"
"Kat, stop!! It isn't really your dad!!!" She was already in there. She had to save her.
"It's just the birds Kat. It isn't really him."
Isabelle smiled at her sympathetically. "He isn't here Kat. Now we have to go back and find Bayan, okay? If he was here, I'd help you find him. But look, look at the birds when you hear his voice. It's the birds, not him. Come on, lets go find Bayan."
Isabelle and Kat waked the way that they came. "Where IS he? I thought he was right here when I left to go find you."
"What's wrong Kat? You've been silent since you went looking for your dad."
"Fine, but I'm here if you want to talk about it, whatever IT is ."
Isabelle felt like she was going to start to cry if he didn't show up or if Kat didn't tell her what was wrong. "Bayan!! Where could he have gone?!?!?"
"Is that him?!? Over there, do you see that? Bayan!! Are you there?"
"No I'm not!! That's him!! Look harder!"
((Both!!)) as they were running over there a swarm of trackerjackers came out and started to sting Isabelle and Kat. "Ahhh!! Get to the stream!!!"
Isabelle was only stung be two before she dunked herself into the stream, so the consequences weren't as bad as Kat's.
"Kat!!" ((what should happen now?))
((I don't know. How many stings has she gotten?))
((that seems like kind of a lot, do you think she could make it?))
((Okay))"Kat! KAT!!! Are you okay?"
"There were trackerjackers and you were stung a bunch of times, Bayan and had jumped into the stream, and we couldn't get to you quick enough. You blacked out for an hour. AND we're the last three people in the arena."
((Is this before or after Katniss and Peeta?))
((Oh well. I was going to say if they had had two before, then why not three?))
"On the count of three, one...two..."
Isabelle woke up and panicked. She couldn't see Bayan anywhere in the room. She saw Kat but not Bayan. Something was DEFINITELY wrong. "Kat!! Where's Bayan?!?!? He isn't in here!!! Where did they take him?!?!?"
"Thank you, Effie. Do I have to go back to the other room?"
Isabelle got up and went to sit down next to Kat. "Kat?"
"Why isn't she moving? Is Bayan okay? Is he up yet? Is Kat up yet?"
"Excuse me? Is there anything wrong with my friends?"
"Why not? There MY friends, aren't they?"
