Roni smiles, "You look cute as a waitress- suits you well." she says tugging at the apron, she takes a seat in a both setting down a bunch of books she's carrying, "Coffee I guess." she looks up at her, "I'd ask about your homework but I'm sure you didn't do it." she accuses teasingly.

Alex laughs and puts a cup down on her table. "Why thanks! As for my homework, I did some, but not all." She snickers as she pours the hot coffee. "Whats with all the books?"
"Well believe it or not some of us actually do homework." Roni quips with a grin, "I'm never going to get in any practice at this rate. I've been dancing in lines for goodness sakes- it's driving me crazy." she takes a cup of the coffee. "How's the job going?" she asks.
Alex smiles as she picks up a tip from another table. "Its great!" She laughs. "I love working here. Its so much fun!" She seems so happy at work.
Roni grins. This may be exactly what Alex needed; a good outlet for her. "Well at least your keeping a little productive." she says teasingly and opens a book with a groan. She looks over at Matt, "Gave him back his book?" she asks, "Bet he loooves you now." she says with a smirk, "I swear you and all these guys Alex."
Alex laughs, and slides in across from her. "Just in time for break." She grins. "And as for Matt, I just did what was right. I found him, gave it back, and left. Like people should." She laughs. "All these guys, my butt! Two guys is nothin'! Three would be a problem." She smirks.
"Speaking of which I owe him a thank you because someone made me go swimming and I nearly died. And I'd settle for one guy not that I have the time." she says glaring at her homework.
Alex rolls her eyes. "You liiived." She grins, joking. She looks over at V's homework. "x=23*6 squared." She points out at the math homework.
Roni looks at her, "If you're so good at it why don't you actually do your homework? And I almost didn't live! I can't believe you had me go way before I was ready and also when there were guys there. You have no idea how embarrassing that was! So much for dancer's grace." she says shaking her head.
((hey I might disappear for an hour, have to help my uncle. but I'll be back on asap))
Alex laughs at her. "I did do my homework, I told you that!" She smiles and stands. "I'll leave ya be for a bit, back to work I go."
"Have fun." Roni says with a grin taking another sip of her coffee and getting absorbed in her homework. Most of it was easy- it just required time is all.
Matt is still working on his drawing, sipping coffee occasionally. He glances up to where Alex is cleaning a table and sighs. A slight smile pops on his face. He goes back to his drawing.
Alex smiles. "I will!" She returns to running around, taking orders, ad getting tips. To her, this was the best job ever.
((And in case you two haven't seen the announcements, your characters are needed in the Headmistress' Office. @Alex and Matt. Say a staff member came to get you))
((oh ok thanks and its Alexandria Juliett not Pierce the sister thing is a joke))
((Lol Its okay I dont mind! ^.^))
Roni looks up hardly paying attention to the time and realizes both Matt and Alex left at some point; that was off. She sighs putting her books in her messenger bag and making her way back to school- at least now all her homework was finished.
Again, Alex goes though her routine. Put her guitar in the back, pull her hair up, put her apron on. She puts a smile on her face as she picks up her pen and puts it in her pocket. She absolutely loves her job. It always makes her feel cheery. She walks out into the café, ready to get to work.
Matt heads for the door to the cafe, but stops as he puts his hand on the door. A sinking feeling goes through him, and he takes his hand off the door. Alex hadn't seen him yet, so he turns and walks away.
Alex picks up a tip from the table. Today had been slow, and it started to get to her. She wasn't as perky as before, and she had only seen any of her friends once all day. Why was everyone avoiding her? She laughs. *Duh, stupid. That one is obvious.*
Matt returns to the cafe a couple hours later, his clothes wrinkled slightly and a tired look in his eyes. He hoped that Alex wasn't there, but entered anyway. He goes to the corner booth where he usually sits, taking a cup of coffee with him.
Alex sighs as she finishes cleaning another table. "I'm clocking out!" She yells to her co-workers. She hangs her apron up and picks up her guitar case. "See y'all tomorrow!" She calls as she walks out the door.
Matt jumps at Alex's voice, but relaxes when she leaves. He sips at his coffee, taking is time. When he's finished, he brings out his sketchbook and continues on the Heart Landscape.
((dangit... Deleted by accident... XD))
Matt looks up, brightening at Alex. "Huh?" He looks down at his cup. "Oh..." He chuckles. "Sure." He holds his cup out as she pours more in. He studies her as she pours, and notices a twinge at the corner of her lips. "Something bothers you." He states.

She tilts her head."Nothing's wrong. I'm fine." She says, unconvincingly. "Just... lost in thought I guess." She sighs ever so slightly.
Matt raises an eyebrow. "Your body language tells me differently." He smile slightly. "What's up?"
Alex rolls her eyes. "I'm working, Matt. I can't tell you right now." She turns and walks off to take some orders.
*Dang it...* Matt thinks, scrunching up his nose. He wonders if he's annoyed her. He turns back to his drawing, but realizes he can't concentrate on it anymore. *Double dang...* He leans back in his seat, sipping his coffee.
Alex works for half an hour straight, knowing Matt would wait for her to get done. She smiles as she hangs up her apron. She walks back out to Matt. "There. Im done now." She says with a smirk.
Matt is leaning onto the table, rolling the paper cup back and forth in front of him. He looks up at her, and motions for her to sit opposite side of him. "So what's up?" He asks.
Aidan walks into the cafe to see what's up with her but notices Matt and immediately leaves not wanting to get in the way- he already told him he couldn't change his mind- he'd figure out whatever was wrong.
Alex scrunches up her nose for a second. Finally, she slides in across from him. She sighs as she cracks open her can of coke. "Just everything." She answers lazily as she takes a drink.
Matt nods slowly. "Everything literal or everything in general, or everything because you don't want to tell me?" Matt says, thinking out several possibilities.
She rolls her eyes. "I don't know. I'm not in the mood for specifics." She laughs at herself. "Sorry, rough day."
"It's alright." Matt says, remembering his first attended day of school. "I thought my first day would never end. I still hear teachers calling my name." He makes a small whispering sound, then calls out in a small voice. "Mr. Williamsssss... Mr. Williamsssss..."
Alex laughs. "Yeah I was late and you were still getting chewed out in class." She yawns slightly. "So I guess my cousin left California yesterday." She says, not even thinking about it.
((MUAHAHA TODD! the problem is she might have feelings for Aidan- well she does have feelings but feelings beyond jealousy MUAAHAH))
Matt nods. He remembered seeing some papers with Alexandria's name on them, and being the snoop he was, had peeked at them. He knew all about Alex and her cousin. He catches himself, and tries to play dumb. "What's her name?" He stiffens. "Or guy, because I would have no idea that she's a he, or that he's a she... I mean..." Matt stopped, and let his face drop to the table, laughing at himself. "Wow. I'm subtle."
She rolls her eyes. "Rosaline Juliett. She's an actress in L.A." She laughs. "In all sorts of tv shows."
Matt looks up again. "Yup. I know. I saw the papers at school." He imitates a creepers voice, "I know everything about her..."
Alex laughs. "What, were you looking for my last name or something?" She asks, suddenly suspicious.
Matt raises his eyebrow. "Mayyybe. Just maybe." He laughs. "No, I just happened to notice your name on a piece of paper at the office. So I snatched it for a bit and checked it out." He shrugs. "Couldn't help myself."
Alex rolls her eyes. "Anyways. I suggest staying away from her. Faaaaaaaaaaaaar away." Alex moves her hand in an arching motion. "She's annoying."
