Book has no author

As far as I can tell, the book Webster's Pocket Dictionary And Thesaurus (ISBN 1577553667) has no author – save for the publisher, "Webster's". What should be put in the author field in this case?

I believe this is one of those special cases where we can use Publisher as author instead of only an author.

If you search by "Websters +dictionary" you can see what has been used in the past.

By the looks of it this is an "author" that needs cleaned up as it appears inconsistent.
