I have started a database for my cookbooks. I am in the process of combining my cookbooks with the ones I have just inherited from my Mom. I have 4 full shelves of Mom's cookbooks gathered up in the built-in bookcase and ran out of room. My books and her small pamphlet type books are stacked in front of her hardbound books.
I am on record 67 and I haven't even started on her hardbound books yet. There are still about 4 years worth of Pillsbury Recipe Magazine/Cookbooks and a bunch of my books that are in stacks. I thought there would be a total of about 250-300 books but I think that number is a little on the low side now.
These numbers do not even include the boxes of my cookbooks that are in storage.
