Please combine these editions

Can you please combine the following three kindle editions with the proper three e-books? The e-books came first.

This kindle edition with this e-book .

This kindle edition with this e-book .

And this kindle edition with this e-book .

This is the procedure for setting the default edition of a book:
i) Go to the book page of the edition you wish to become the default/primary edition.
ii) Click "edit details" below the book's description.
iii) On the right side of the page about halfway down, click "Set this book as the primary edition for this work".
iv) Click "Save Changes"

Yet, when I noticed another combination need (this kindle edition Sub and this e-book edition Sub), I checked the primary book status. The e-book is set as the primary edition for this work. Was the combining supposed to be automatic? In this case it wasn't.

Combining a new book into the existing editions is not automatic and the primary edition is always the most popular edition unless you deliberately change the default, using the procedure I've given above, to one that you prefer.
