"No one said it was a compliment." He frowned. She was lying, to an extent. She liked him but she wanted to make the friendship work, as did he. "Don't believe you but whatever helps you sleep at night."

Giselle frowned back at him "Then what do you believe?" She asked as she played with her fingers, avoiding eye contact
Will thought it might be best to change the subject but without seeming to. "That I am a gift to the human race now didn't you want to do something?"
Giselle rolled her eyes at his on-going pride, she noticed he changed the subject but didnt mind, however she sent him an expression letting him know that she caught it "I did.." She agreed "Any ideas?"
Will threw his hands up in surrender. "Giselle, I got nothing. You choose or don't either way is cool with me." He was beginning to tire of this round about talk which wasn't normal for him.
Giselle recognized that he was becoming tiresome of small talk. She pulled herself up the wall and onto her feet, stretching out her hand "Come on.." She smiled softly
Will raised an eyebrow but accepted her hand and hoisted himself to his feet. "Will it do any good to ask where we're going?" He asked her. If this was some kind of game she probably wasn't going to tell him anything.
Giselle turned around and smiled "Just come on.." She took the steps down 2 flights of stairs and pushed open the dormitory doors. She stopped for a minute, glancing each way before picking her steps back up again. Before not too long Giselle and Will found themselves at the lake. She smiled and placed her hands on her hips turning back to Will "Ive been working on this fear of mine you know..." She grinned

Once they reached Giselle's room, her fingers and toes were already beginning to warm up. She pushed open the door and entered. The room itself was cold and bare, as she hadnt had any time to decorate. Setting down the jacket Will had offered on the table Giselle flipped her hair into a bun ontop of her head and pulled on a dry sweatshirt. She turned to him and smiled "My deepest gratitude to you" She curtseyed sarcasticaly and sat down on the bed running her hands along the comforter
"No need to be snappy." Will said but cut her some slack. He laid a hand on her shoulder. "You should take a warm shower and get some sleep. I'll see you later." He gave her shoulder a squeeze before turning and leaving. He was exhausted now.
Giselle nodded and watched him leave before entering the bathroom. She slipped off her shirt revealing a scar that ran along the side of her stomach. She traced it with her fingers, taking in a breath and running her hands through her hair
