You can post your list of books you have read for the 'Winter Holiday Challenge' here.

Here is a recommended structure:

WINTER HOLIDAY CHALLENGE

Progress:

Book List

1.

---

Copy and paste the structure and edit your comment each time you read a new book to add it in. Obviously you don't have to use the above structure (particularly if you are on the Goodreads app and can't edit comments), so everyone is welcome to list as they see fit.

Good luck! :)

Amber (amberterminatorofgoodreads) Hey Heather, Christmas Letters by Debbie Macomber is pretty good. Definitely check it out. It's a pretty good read.

message 11: by [deleted user] (new)

Thanks Amber, I might do that as well but want a Victorian Christmas

message 12: by Amber (new)

Amber (amberterminatorofgoodreads) Oh okay cool. Little Women's first chapter was about Christmas and I enjoyed that book. u could always search Victorian Christmas books and see what you can find but A Christmas Carol is good. Good luck with your Victorian Christmas Heather! :)

I think that's one of the best "starting line" for a novel: ""Christmas won't be Christmas without any presents," grumbled Jo, lying on the rug."

Amber (amberterminatorofgoodreads) ^_^ Yes it is LauraT. Loved Jo. She was my fave march sister in the book.

I think she has been the favourite of us all!!! But in the end it was Amy who married Laurie!!!

message 17: by Amber (new)

Amber (amberterminatorofgoodreads) Yeah I know. Jo had the Professor which was a good choice for her but I thought she would stay single. :)

Still I wanted to marry Laurie...

message 19: by Amber (new)

Amber (amberterminatorofgoodreads) :( Yeah but Jo didn't want to ruin her friendship with Laurie and didn't feel the same way he did so it was for the best.

message 25: by Leslie (new)

Leslie | 15985 comments I am doing well with this challenge-- had to increase my goal!

Laura, once you get to the webpage (www.tickerfactory.com), you need to choose what kind of ticker you want -- I chose "Object/Action Counter" under Crafts/Hobbies. Once you do that, the rest of the prompts should be easy to follow...
