I'm not sure about all of you volunteers, but I want to win these games, start a revolution like Katniss Everdeen, about how we are the best and strongest and smartest team out there. Let's show them how terrifying- sorry, exhilarating- this tournament can really be!
Let's gather all the best forces; get some smart thinkers, get some practical thinkers, get some strategic thinkers, get some outside-of-the-box thinkers and get every other kind of thinkers that will help us, no, make us, win and survive these games!
I want to win these games, I'm not sure about all of you volunteers... I want to start a revolution like Katniss Everdeen about how we are the best team, the strongest and smar-... Why do I feel like I'm repeating myself?
Oh well. Anyways, how shall I end my... encouraging speech? Ah, I know... May the odds be ever in your favour. Especially to those who won't be joining my team... because this team will win, and all of you rag-nag leftovers will wonder where the odds went in your favour.

Yeah, mine's a little random, but that's what'll catch the eye. I don't want to start competition between us mods, but... just so you know, The Hunger Games... will beat you all.
