A "drug awareness" event turned out to be more of a "police state" conditioning drill for a group of 5th graders.

When my daughter was in fifth grade, her class had some stupid "drug awareness" class and at the back of the classroom the cop who taught the class put a box where the students could anonymously put the name of anybody they thought was using drugs. They were also encouraged to 'help' their parents, aunts, uncles, etc. unbelievable.
