Yeah, I don't really understand what's going on. I suddenly don't care about anything. I didn't do my homework last night, I always do it, because I just didn't care. I had a little breakdown before I went to bed. I'm just a lump of emotions. Everything bad in the world has just knocked on my door and invited itself in. I don't know. I don't mean to complain or whine, because other people have problems worse than me, I'm just not really fighting against it here lately. I'm letting it win.

The same thing is happening to me, kind of. All I want is for it to be summer. I've memorised the times all my classes end (which is hard, because its different on different days), and I'm counting down the days until Thanksgiving break, and then from there until winter break...

No, no. You have every right to let all of this out. Thank you for telling us. I know how you feel. I was like that all of freshman year last year. I went from one of the best students to the worst in my new school. I just gave up. People would ask me if I did my homework and then laugh cuz they knew I never did it. It hurt and was just embarrassing, but I honestly didn't care. By the end of the year, I was so crushed and mad at myself so letting myself do that. All I could think was, what are you doing? So I changed my attitude and came back to my old school and found a new drive. Idk. The passion just suddenly came back. I'm not saying we're gonna force you to care, but realize that you're doing your work because one day it'll all pay off. You'll be the amazing student that gets accepted to a great college then gets a fabulous job doing something you love. It's not easy to find that drive again, but once you have that determination back and get back to your regular self, the feeling is amazing. (:
