If you click on the used and new section, you will see two dealers are shipping from California and another from Florida. As you are in the US it shouldn't cost you $78!!!! Why not get the dealer name from there and contact them direct?

Amazon US only lists a used copy, and at a very pricey $120.00

Alternatively, if someobody could get it out of their local library they could make a copy for Steve, though that wouldn't take care of the sleevenotes etc.
