One of the Museum's most recent acquisitions is a car authenticated to have once been owned by outlaw John Dillinger, a 1933 Essex Terraplane 8 which figured in a couple of the more dramatic episodes of Dillinger's career. The Spring issue of On the Spot will carry a story on the car, coauthored by Ellen Poulsen and Sandy Jones.

The FBI tours ended after 9-11 and their exhibits have since gone into storage. I suspect they may end up eventually at NMCP as well.
