I ain't much of a movie-watching guy, so many of the titles on here I haven't seen. xD

My favorite movie is Disney's Aladdin. Epic nostalgia there. But I also like Con Air, Skyfall, The World is Not Enough. I enjoy the Bond 007 films. :3

JFK (1991)
Empire of the Sun (1987)

@Nicole, do like the new startrek. The old one was ok but I'm more of a babylon 5 person (sorry sheldon)
@James Empire of the sun <3 Watch it every easter with my dad lol

message 15: by Ken (new)

Ken Mooney (kenmooney) Hah, it's pretty hard to find someone who likes Sucker Punch, I'm glad I finally found one too! It's such a weird film stylistically that I know there was a lot of backlash over the Lolita-esque costumes and that. But I think it's amazing, one of the big reasons I like Zack Snyder and want him to direct my own stuff if it ever got adapted.

message 19: by Kamil (new)

Kamil | 187 comments it's hard to admit but i loved "lesbian vampire killers", of course that movie is wrong on so many levels, that i wouldn't be able to deny it, yet it's the best spoof of the "sieged in a cottage" horror movies

message 26: by Robert (new)

Robert James | 16 comments I've watched close to 2000 movies in the last three years for my books, so picking a favorite is harder than it used to be (Casablanca is the easiest answer).

If you've never seen Rififi, it's a helluva heist film, and it's on TCM soon.

I just showed my kids Some Like It Hot for the first time -- big hit with all of them.

Going to repeat the family showing with North by Northwest next.
