I don't think Caleb would be killed off mainly because Tris has already lost her parents I think getting rid of Caleb would be bit of an over-kill on Veronica's part (pun unintended).

I don't know who I want to die. I actually kind of enjoy Peter sometimes. Maybe Eric, but then that would be killing off ANOTHER villain.

I was gonna say Four's mum but she is so central to the Factionless, which are a strong unit....
