October 2013 - Divergent Series

Hello! For the month of October, we are anxiously awaiting 10/22 when the 3rd installment of the Divergent series is released! It's called Allegiant. My plan is to reread through the first two books (it's been over a year since I've read them) so that I am all ready for the 22nd. Feel free to post anything about the series on this thread! What is exactly the Divergent series?

The divergent series is a young adult series based off of a dystopian society. They're very engrossing and the movie is coming out later this year. They are very good, easy reads and I highly recommend them. If you enjoyed the Hunger Games or Anthem you will probably like these as well.

I love the series...Book 3 was my least favorite but overall I really enjoyed it! Can't WAIT for the movie!!!

I agree the third book wasn't as good. I feel like the last book in a series is usually a let down point in case Harry Potter. STILL counting down til the movie though :)
