I had thought several of the recipes in this book were quite inventive - everything we tried was really good (got it from the Library)

Thank you for your review here as well as on Amazon, Don! Your 'input' convinced me that I *need* to add this to my collection now as well! ;) [I'm thankful for the option to get this book for my Kindle for almost half the price, it helps when being on a tight(er) budget and yet wanting to 'splurge' at times! :D]I can't wait to make something from this book! The indoor options was what won me over as well, btw! ;)

I'll have to look this one up. The man always gets really ancy wanting to grill during summertime, but the smell of cooking meat is too unpleasant for me to be able to eat anything when he does.
Helloww may i ask did anyone try apple cider vinegar? Is that recomended?
