Merge "Jomini" author profiles (no goodreads authors involved)

G.N. Ral Antoine-Henri Jomini is likely intended to be Général Antoine-Henri de Jomini or Général Baron Antoine-Henri de Jomini. I think that author and these should all be merged to one author profile (I guess "Antoine-Henri de Jomini" since goodreads doesn't want titles in author names but whatever standard author format works). Probably a lot of editions to combine. These are not books I have in hand so all I know is what I'm seeing on goodreads.
