Are you using the real names

Some of Sergeant Rock's men do things that are less than moral or decent. Did Dan Rodgers the author use their real names. Is everything in the book factual?

I am Dan Rodgers the author of Call Me Sergeant Rock. Yes you are correct, some of my men did things that I was not proud of and for that fact I did change their names. After I returned home from the Nam a few parents of my men wrote me letters. The facts in the book are true with the exceptions of a body count here or there. Sometimes we would estimate body parts of the enemy. Some of the names and coordinates have been changed for obvious reasons. Thank you so much for reading.
