Help an author claim his profile

Hi - my husband, Dima Zales, is an upcoming author and he would like to claim his author profile. He's tried claiming it several times and he hasn't heard back from Goodreads. What is the best way to do this? Thank you!

The only way to do it via the link on the profile page

if you have used this link then you need to wait or use the contact us link on the help page.

That said there is no publishing date / more info on the book on the profile - which can prevent claiming of profile.

GR can be slow in responding dependent on number of messages received
