Nicknames in author names

What is done about nicknames in author names? Specifically when it appears in quotation marks. Just remove all the quotation part?

A couple examples: http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...

http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...

(For both of these authors, that is how their names appear on the cover of their books.)

In general, we would keep the nickname that way here then as well. Both of those need no edits.
