We make this appetizer a few times a year at our house - we actually took a little break from it because we made it so much. It's a little heavy, but perfect for cold weather. It comes together really easily, and is delicious. We usually serve it with Wheat Thins or tortilla strips/chips.
A friend passed this along to me, so I don't know the source, but it's one of those dishes that every time I make it, someone asks for the recipe...
INGREDIENTS
1 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
PREPARATION
Combine all. Pour into a casserole and bake at 350° for half an hour.
I'm looking forward to trying this (again). This was the dip you made when you were visiting, right? I wanted to eat more of it than I actually did, but I didn't want to be the person who gobbled up all the dip.
