i think that aspen and lucy are suited for each other. she's quite the gentle and innocent one and i think that's the kind of girl that Aspen both needs and wants. remember that he didn't want America when she was in a position to provide more than he could for a life in the future.

If America ended up with Aspen then the whole series would be pointless, she’d end up right where she started, basically. Just of a higher caste, that would be if she and Aspen didn’t get caught together. I’m like 99% sure she’ll end up with Maxon. Maybe Aspen will end up with Lucy. I think America needs to become Princess for the story to come full circle, because she’s been running from that the whole series, and running from her feelings for Maxon.

She could have the power to change Illea and her winding up back in Aspen’s arms would totally negate the whole point of the books and any character development America has had or should have.

I agree. I don't think the fierce one and the clamer, innocent one will fit well. In the future, that is. I don't know how America and Maxon will work. I don't know Maxon as well as Aspen.
