Amy | 3 comments I'm committing to the 50, despite the fact that I've got a night owl nine-month old!

1. The Cleft, Doris Lessing
2. Running in the Family, Michael Ondaatje (reread)
3. The Abstinence Teacher, Tom Perrotta

Danine (dulcemea) See, you get a little bit of gin and rub it on the infant's gums. Make sure you taste a lot of it before you do this to ensure that it works :) (kidding!) I have have a teething 7 month old. I will support you in your reading challenge!

My nine-month old's favorite teether happens to be the books I'm reading... makes for nice soggy, frayed edges that lend character to my library!

Joanie | 335 comments Busy 18 month old here-he likes to take my book and throw it! Lovely.

Rebecca | 25 comments I'm joining the club... my youngest are 21 months and 8 months. They like to crumple pages.

So I read when they're sleeping ;)
