i feel like at the death of fred, we lost george too. they were like siamese twins and so many of their jokes took two ppl. besides, he looked soooo good in the 5th movie! i miss him :(

To me, JKR always wrote Fred as being the main twin. George was his partner in crime, but in the books, Fred just said more stuff. I think that losing George would have been easier bcuz we havn't gotten 2 know him as much as Fred

Fred seemed like he was so smart, and yet he kept things light... I think the most scary parts are when the twins couldn't find anything to joke about... like when george lost his ear. I think we should feel more sorry for george. to quote dumbledore "do not pity the dead, Harry, pity the living."

WOW. I seriously didn't see fred's death coming. I had never thought about it, and when I read it I was shocked. I also agree that George isn't the same without Fred. I think that Fred's death must have made a big difference on George, including his personality. After the death, George probably joked around less, and gained a more serious type of personality. I agree with Bronwyn aswell, that Fred was THE main twin, but it must be hard to even conversations out between twins!

what can i say fred was just fred you know it is like loosing half of your favorite book or puzzle. it is like an unfinished movie or a single shoe. they just went so well together.

George is pretty much alone without Fred. I can't imagine George's life without Fred, or Fred's life without George, for that matter. I think i was the saddest when Fred died than at any other time in any other book. I like, went into shock or something... I really didn't see that coming!

yeah i have friends that are identical twins...and i think that if one of them died...that just wouldn't b good...i wouldn't b surpried if George like went emo or something!! That was so sad! I loved Fred and George and Weasly Wizards Wheezes! (did i spell that right i can't remember)
