Now I see that you've also read his Pale Fire- That's on my list for this year. Amazing that he wrote 9 books in Russian then at least a dozen more in English, including Lolita. Who does that?

Starting If on a Winter's Night a Traveler by Calvino. One of 5 books by him on the complete Boxall list (4 of which are in all editions). It's the Catching Up With Classics group pick for Feb- I was at the library and it was on the shelf, so starting early- the audiobook.

Cuban Alejo Carpentier's The Lost Steps (Los Pasos Perdidos). It was added to the list in '08. I quite like it so far. He has another on the original list that was retained, The Kingdom of This World (El Reino de este Mundo).

Thrift Books has it for about $6 including shipping. I was able to borrow a copy from the university library here.

The Return of the Soldier by Rebecca West [1918] (Britain). Only 86 pgs, so a novella or novelette. Free for Kindle. It's on the "Feminista" list of best books by women writers in the 20th century.
