Ashley We will be discussing The Ocean at the End of the Lane in this thread. Please remember to mark spoilers.

*I apologize for posting so late!*

Kara (karaayako) | 3984 comments I am SO RIDICULOUSLY EXCITED to read this. My (signed!) copy came in the mail last week, and it's taken everything I've got to not start it yet.

Karen Perfect timing! I just downloaded it this weekend but haven't started it yet.

Kai (uchinaguchi) If you have not started The Ocean at the End of the Lane yet, let me recommend that you read it in one sitting. My current schedule requires me to read it in intervals but I think that it would be significantly more enjoyable to read in one emotional sitting.

-edit-

I just finished reading this tonight. This is the book I have been waiting my entire life for and it'll stay with me for the rest of it.

Kara (karaayako) | 3984 comments Wow, Kai--that's QUITE the recommendation. I'm really looking forward to getting started. This is what I'm diving into as soon as I finish The Windup Girl.

Norelle (onefabknitter) | 20 comments looking froward to starting this one! I am currently finishing up on 2 others...then I can start!

Norelle (onefabknitter) | 20 comments I didn't intend on reading this book in one sitting, but could not be dragged away, no matter what. What a magical book. Absolutely think 5 stars are not enough!
