The joyfulness was cut short to the sudden alarms and horns blaring of infected overtaking the camp. And so Hatties mother shoved the 2-year-old into a locked closet with a gun, a box of bullets and a box of protein bars. It was a miracle the girl survived four days. Somehow someone was able to find and rescue her. Her new father figure was a Man named Tommy, someone she'd stick with for the next 21 years.
Eventually Hattie would return back to where her mother was slaughtered by the Scars and infected, cutting down the 15-year-olds body and giving the now clicker peace.
