Turtelina Hi everyone,

I am new, I just joined yesterday! :-) I am from Austria, I do read a lot of english books, but naturally also german ones, nevermind the german titles in between!

My reading list so far:

1.) Das Leben danach, Bernard Jakoby.
2.) Narziss und Goldmund, Hermann Hesse.
3.) Dürre Jahre, Helene Flöss.

Until soon.

Karen | 57 comments Welcome!
I am from Burbank, California. How did you come up with Turtelina? I had 28 turtles growing up. So I kind of have a kinship with them.
How did you like Narcissus and Goldmund? I am a big Herman Hesse fan.

Turtelina Hi Karen,

I loved "Narziss und Goldmund", a brilliant read, I can really recommend it, especially when you like Hermann Hesse. Its typical German literature. Which I am not too much of a fan, but then, were were brutally overfed with it in school.

28 turtles, how awesome! Do you still have any left?

I came up with Turtelina, because the Username "Turtle" was taken everywhere. Even in the very early Internet days. I am Turtelina ever since!
