Heather Graham - where to begin?

I've only read one of her books and it was like the third or fourth of her series, but I really enjoyed it. It was from her Krewe of Hunters series and it would be an excellent one to read around Halloween. The first book in the series is Phantom Evil. I'd love to read it some time, but I'm still trying to catch up on my reading which reminds me I need to set up some buddy reads in this group. I've been feeling under the weather this month and not doing as much as I usually do.
I've read the first 4 books in the Krewe of Hunters series. On the whole, they are OK with some solid plots and interesting settings. My problem with Graham is her writing style (too much spoon feeding) and characterization (stereotypical). So I've put the series on the back burner for now. I will probably continue with it sometime because the stories have potential.
I have read a lot of her romantic suspense but I have not read any of the Krewe of Hunters. She has A LOT of books out there. I think most of the ones I've read I liked. I will look at my books & see what ones I would recommend.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what book or series I should start first?
