OK i hate finding that an author wrote a novella in ebook format only that has somethiNg to do with a series i am reading but this one takes the cake. It is only available on an ipad or iphone app. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!! i am looking for a Kindle or epub that i can download but nope; can't find one. and maybe if it was a sucky lil book (like the majority are) i wouldn't even mind but the reviews are good so i am mad. ignorance really can be bliss at times.

Kim has recently indicated on her site (in answer to someone's question) that Trouble on Reserve will be included as bonus material in the mass market paperback version of Ever After, due in October I believe. Hope that helps. :)
grumble grumble grumble. i have to wait just because i don't own an i whatever. and since the hardback and ebook will come out first i will read the book and forget all about said paperback and the lil novella. grumble grumble grumble
