ɯɐɔ (camalama) Yep.

I am an actress...and I may be hired to be in DIVERGENT and paid $122.12 a day.

That's a fucking lot, for a freshman that can only work 8 hours by law (work permiiiit).

message 2: by Misha (new)

Misha (ninthwanderer) I'm not laughing. That sounds like a fun gig! And I'm making far less than that right now as a self-employed writer, so...

message 3: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Me, either.

I think it is great. I wish I would have been motivated enough when I was young to go after some of my loftier goals instead of focusing on sports and making out with boys.

message 4: by Misha (new)

Misha (ninthwanderer) Really? I wish I'd spent more time on sports/boys and less being such an academic stick-in-the-mud (and still not pursuing some of my loftier goals). :)

message 5: by Carol (new)

Carol | 1679 comments Congrats, Cam!

I'm glad I am where I am today, so I can't change anything!

Well, the curriculum was not difficult so I just breezed through most of my classes without much effort. I do wonder what kind of student I could have been had I applied myself.

And I think I had enough energy to better multi-task. So, more boys/sports/lofty goal chasing should have been happening. :)

message 7: by ɯɐɔ (new)

ɯɐɔ (camalama) Same, Susan, but I'm forever alone. >///< Haven't even kissed a guy like that...ever. xD

message 8: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments You are far from being alone, it just feels that way right now. I felt that way a lot during my younger years. I still do, at times.

You still have plenty of time to smooch some faces off.

:)

message 9: by ɯɐɔ (new)

ɯɐɔ (camalama) Whoooopp maybe I'll smooch an actor. *waggles eyebrows*

message 10: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Now your talking!

message 11: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11585 comments Your talking what?

Your talking navel? Your talking hand puppet? Your talking dog?

message 12: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Don't talk about my dog!

message 13: by ɯɐɔ (new)

ɯɐɔ (camalama) Ha. Nice, Phil.

I actually have my first day of school today. Fml.

message 14: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7065 comments What is "Divergent?"

message 15: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) What isn't?

message 16: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Ha!

message 17: by Misha (new)

Misha (ninthwanderer) Cynthia: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1840309/

Oooh, Kate Winslet! Tony Goldwyn (I have such a crush on him on Scandal)! Ray Stevenson (aka Titus Pullo)!

message 18: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7065 comments Theo James-- (Mary's dead lover in Downton Abbey) I vote for Cam to kiss him.

Thanks for the link, Miss Misha!

message 19: by Misha (new)

Misha (ninthwanderer) Oh, yes! Definitely kiss Mr. Pamuk!

And with that, I believe I have exhausted my allotment of exclamation points for the day.

message 20: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments There is a set allotment?!

Uh oh.

message 21: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11585 comments Interrobang exclamations count only half.

message 22: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Whew. Close one.

message 23: by Lobstergirl, el principe (new)

Lobstergirl | 24004 comments Mod
Close one what?

message 24: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments My designated limitations for excitement.

message 25: by ɯɐɔ (new)

ɯɐɔ (camalama) Woooooooo

My first class is finally over! I opened up Dreamweaver because the teacher was such a bore (and I was sitting in the back), and the kid next to me was all like, "Are you hacking? Why are you hacking? Can you hack my Xbox? Can you hack my brother's Xbox? What are you doing? What is that?"

*groan*

Sarah | 13815 comments Misha wrote: "Oh, yes! Definitely kiss Mr. Pamuk!

I would be a little afraid to kiss Mr. Pamuk. It didn't work out so well for Mary.

message 27: by ɯɐɔ (new)

ɯɐɔ (camalama) I'll take my chances...he's pretty damn beautiful.

WOOHOO!! Going to the set today as an invited guest *dances*

message 28: by Misha (new)

Misha (ninthwanderer) I'd say Mary got the better end of the kissing deal, though.

message 29: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7065 comments Careful Miss Cam, you are jail bait.

message 30: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Misha wrote: "I'd say Mary got the better end of the kissing deal, though."

I don't agree.

message 31: by Misha (new)

Misha (ninthwanderer) Mary, at least, lived through it.

message 32: by Félix (last edited Jun 12, 2013 09:13AM) (new)

Félix (habitseven) Oh, true. He went on to become Police Commissioner in NYC, though.

message 33: by ɯɐɔ (new)

ɯɐɔ (camalama) HA. Smh.

Bad news: because of the severe storms, I'm going Saturday.

message 34: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7065 comments Smh?

message 35: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments The young ones use this to stand for "shaking my head".

message 36: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7065 comments Ah, those whippersnappers.

message 37: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments What will they come up with next?

message 38: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) There's no telling.

message 39: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7065 comments Buckeroos.

message 40: by ɯɐɔ (new)

ɯɐɔ (camalama) Dinosaurs.

message 41: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7065 comments Watch it, Missy.

message 42: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments At least she didn't say single celled organisms.

message 43: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11585 comments Never heard of Mr. Pamuk. Or Mary.

Cynthia said "buckeroos." :)

message 44: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7065 comments Phil, they are on Downton Abbey. Mr. Pamuk lured Lady Mary into bed (her bed) and died. It was a scandal.

message 45: by evie (new)

evie (ecie) | 4233 comments Did he die during the act?

message 46: by ɯɐɔ (new)

ɯɐɔ (camalama) Susan said: "At least she didn't say single celled organisms."

Amoeba.

message 47: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Hardly counts as I gave you the idea.

message 48: by ɯɐɔ (new)

ɯɐɔ (camalama) I know, Susan the phytoplankton, I know. ;D

message 49: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Ha.

Not bad, whippersnapper.

Are you going to make a cameo appearance or be the people in the background?
