You won't believe this guys but I am reading The Officicial Highway Code, which is what all learner drivers have to study before driving. Well they did when I first learned many years ago. But because of my cancer I haven't driven for 20 years and now I am refreshing by reading that and taking some lessons with an instructor.w

My Review:

If you enjoy crime mystery novels, "The Body Reader" by Anne Fraser is very good. It certainly kept me turning the pages. For nonfiction, I would say that "Surrounded By Madness" by Rachel Pruchno is probably the best memoir ever written - at least from a literary perspective - that deals with mental illness told from the perspective of someone who has been tortured by the mental illness demons inflicting a family member. The story is engaging and at times riveting and horrifying too - you won't be able to put it down.
Hi all,My Name is Robert J. Morgalo and I am a newly published author of the book "Decisiones: A look inside the legal battle between Salsa music legends Willie Colon and Ruben Blades, and an Iraq War Veteran caught in the middle, fighting for his honor and his reputation"
I am not sure what is the best way to get genuine reviews from people who actually read the book and not from those wanting to sell their reviews. I think buying reviews is not appropriate.
Any suggestions or advise will be greatly appreciated.

It's my next book! Looking forward to it. Thanks
I have a silly question: I see all these people inserting a picture of the book's cover into their comments but I can't seem to do that. How is that done?
Finished "The Color of Lightening." Good book - very realistic look at the difficulties between the Natives & the settlers in west TX at the end of the Civil War when the Indian Bureau was formed & tribes assigned to various church groups. Not done with much forethought and destined to fail!
Hi! I am Mary Reed. I love to read, but am taking classes, so it is hard to make the time. I read The Underground Railroad. It was very well written and her terminology just added to the story. It is appalling what we permitted as a Nation all those years ago. I applaud all those people who risked their lives to help the slaves. How the slave owners could justify this to themselves is beyond me. The Author: Colson Whitehead did a wonderful job.

Hi, I'm Roberta from metro Atlanta, Georgia. I am a retired library paraprofessional. I belong to an in person local book club and have been part of an online book club for fifteen years. Both have introduced me to books I would never have noticed otherwise. I always have a regular book and an audio book going. Right now I am reading LOVING ELEANOR by Susan Wittig Albert and listening to BEFORE THE FAL by Noah Hawley.
