Does anyone have any favorite cannon couples? In other words, two characters who weren't necessarily a couple but who you think could have been great together. My favorite cannon couple is Merry and Eowyn from The Lord of the Rings. I like them together because they both seemed to share common interests and they both worked great together in the battle of Minas Tirith.

Artemis and Holly in Artemis Fowl would be awesome.
Canon couples are couples who are or will be together on the show or in the book, this is more like shipping and crack pairing, depending on the ship.
