"You have a huge responsibility now! You have a bloody daughter." Mel pointed her finger back toward the castle. "Don't disregard her feelings." Melania had calmed down and looked at him sternly, but softly.

"You are forgetting something Mel." John said walking towards her slowly making his advance.
Siobhan stepped forwards tossing her hair behind her. "What I want is my friend," she retorted. "Not a bleedin' divorced vampire fifteen year old!" She exclaimed, she sighed and shifted to one foot, her eyes still narrow. "I know none of that was your fault." She admitted. "Oh perhaps. But all we want is to talk."
"What?" Mel asked crossing her goose bump covered arm.
"Fine then speak your mind the both if you go right ahead." John said looking at them. "Stage your intervention." He said
She walked over to him, "I have nothing to do with her. I came and she followed. I stated what I wanted to say, you go."
"Mel yes she's my daughter yes she's my responsibility I'm not denying that but, I'm sorry I find it a little hard to focus on her emotions when I'm trying to also take into consideration Becca's, yours and Siobhan's at the same time." John said. "I just couldn't do it anymore, and really all I wanted to know how she was doing we barely talk anymore without some type of hate ending it."
Mel pulled him into a hug not saying anything. She felt like that's what he needed, silence, to be listened to. "I am sorry."
John hugged her and sighed softly.
Melania pulled away, "I'll let you be." Mel gave him a soft kiss on the lips and started back toward the castle.
John nodded and turned back to Siobhan. "Now I think we have some catching up to do along with everything else you have to say."
Siobhan looked away hurriedly when they kissed and sighed looking back at him. "That we do John." She said gruffly, she put a hand against a birch and started to talk. "After Judas left you managed to marry, adopt a child, become a vampire, and divorce. First of all," she paused unsure of what she was going to say, "how are you?"
"Somehow I manged to be depressed, and wanting to commit suicide, along with also being happy and relatively cheerful." John said with a out of place smile.
((How uplifting.))Siobhan rubbed the side of her head with a muffled curse, "Well Jackal stupid idea for one." She said evenly, "For two. Perhaps that all comes with the trade hm?" She said briskly, not even bothering to disguise the glittering in her depthless walnut-brown eyes.
"Of course you'd say that why didn't I expect that?" John asked himself. "But never mind that, so tell me speaking of him have you ever had any contact with judas since his leaving?" John asked
Siobhan grimaced, "Yeah because I've got a brain Jackal boy." She returned sharply, stubbornness kept her eyes narrowed as she received his inquiry. "Yes. I have." Siobhan said evenly, her eyes darting up to his. "Why?"
Terri arrived running her heart beating fast" Okay okay you win " she said bending over breathing heaviliy
Rachael smirked, not out of breath. "I love this forest. Not only does it give me delicious blood, but its so pretty!" She said.
" Delicious blood" Terri said raising a inquiring eyebrow
"Yeah, my mum, ex-father, and I hunt animals for blood. It isn't as delicious as human blood, but we can survive with it. Anyways, enough about me being this freak, tell me about you," she said as they started walking through the forest.
"Trust me Im not less of freak" Terri said her hands in her pockects "Where should I start oh I know I am freakily short!!!!!!!!"
"Oh, you'll grow. And you'll keep growing, unlike me. I will grow at an unsteady rate, and by the time I'm 17, I'll stop growing forever and just live on as a 17 year old," she explained.
"LUCKY!!!!!" Terri yelled jokingly " I want to be a vampire " she stuck out her lower lips and pouted
"Just wondering if he's alright we haven't spoken since his leaving." John said evenly. "What did you think I was going to say?"
Rachael shrugged her shoulders. "It has it's cool moments, but being human is way cooler. You're warm, and have a beating heart," she said happily, "but I wouldn't trade my life for anything."
Terri started to answer then stooped a glint in her eye " should we go farther in" she said gesturing to the forest
Rachael agreed as they walked. "Have you ever seen a thestral?" She asked her.
Caysey was getting really tired of her "bully" as she called him. She still had know idea hwo he was, beause he never showed himself. She wanted to get back at him and she hoped he would come to the forest one day and she could give him a fright. The edge of the forest had quite tall trees and she was sitting in one of them when she saw the two girls go in to the forest. She climbed down and followed them, curious to know what they were doing."You do know that you can get in to real trouble if you are caught?" She asked. "Come to think of it though, so can I."
Rachael turned around and saw another girl. "Yeah, so what? What's fun without a little rebellion?" She said with a smirk. "I'm Rachael Andrade. First year Slytherin. You?"
"Casandra Docly, first year Ravenclaw" I thought I was the smallest in this school. Maybe I was worng? Aren't you scared of the creatures in here?"
Rachael shook her head. "I'm a vampire. I eat creatures in here," she said with a chuckle, "besides, if you leave the creatures alone, they won't attack." She sat down on a nearby boulder. "Yeah, yeah, vamp is cool, I'm scary and creepy. I get it all the time," she replied, "I'm glad to be meeting more first years. What were we all doing? Hiding behind the shadows?" She giggled to herself.
"You don't look scarey to me Casey said carefully. are you supposed to look scarey? ," " "I'm muggle born, so I don't know much. I hope you're not one of those Slytherins who hate muggle born people.
Rachael shook her head. "No, blood type doesn't matter to me. We're all the same to me. Actually, I find muggle-blend quite fascinating! Tell me, what's the best invention from the muggle-world?" She asked excitedly.
"Goodness, I don't know really. You get so many amazing stuff. Maybe computers and cell phones. There's a lot of stuff that makes magic great though."
"Hey Im muggleborn to " Terri chirped in " So are we going to keep going or are we just stand here talking come on" she pleaded "lets go farther in"
"How far do you want to go?" Casey asked. "yyou two may be really brave, but I'm not so sure."
As far as I can honestly she said shrugging I am not nervous = are you I over this kind of stuff If I can survive Foster Care I can survive anything" she said squinting into the darkness
";what? You're in foster care?" Casey asked surprised. She had know idea that other kids were in the same boat as she was."Does foster care suck for you as well?"
"Your in Foster care?" she asked surprised so far she hadent met anyone who had been and she had felt like the odd girl out "What happened to your parents?"
Jake walked into the forest with Becca still have her hand entwined with his.
"Alright, so I brought you here today to help you learn how to hunt and use your vampire powers," she said while taking off her school robes and sweater, "it might get messy."
He nodded "okay." He said taking of his school robes too.
"Alright, so I'm going to float up a little. Try concentrating to do the same thing," she said as she easily floated up.
Jake concentrated and closed his eyes moving bit off the ground and then fell again.
Becca chuckled lightly as she helped him up. "Try again. You're on the right track though," she said lightly.
He closed his eyes again and concentrated and floated of the ground a bit but kept moving up and down at a fast pace.
Becca put her hands on his shoulders lightly, and steadied him. "Great job, you did it," she whispered.
"I did." He said. "I feel like a little kid doing this."
"I know. I'm sorry, its just the easiest way to teach you," she said sadly, "anyways enough floating. Now we have to work on strength. Try picking me up first. I know I'm pretty heavy anyways." She laughed lightly to herself as she floated down.
