I'm not really looking for recommendations, but I thought we should have a thread for the worst of the worst HP heroes.

Which heroes made you feel homicidal? If you can remember particularly heinous acts they committed, please share! Please attack a link to the book title or cover so we can go to the scene of the crime.

The hero is this book was totally unappealing. I read it for the challenge, one of my themes was Italian heroes. I also like hurt/comfort type books and thought it'd be a good read. It wasn't. Hero is possessive, demanding, jealous and throws tantrums like a child (I believe there was even a scene where he was banging his fists like one too). I didn't like him at all. He was emotionally, not an appealing hero.

Alright, so Blake from Makeshift Marriage and Carl from The Odds Against were already listed, but let's not forget Gideon from An Unforgettable Man - Lelaki Dalam Ingatan (who is probably half crazy) and Nikolas from All That Glitters (who molests the heroine and proceeds to go out of his way to make sure she doesn't wear white for her wedding, because she's a big fat virgin slut)

Jayne Bauling writes some seriously detestable heroes. In one of the books, he pushes the heroine and she falls down the stairs and miscarries and he claims she did it so she'd have a miscarriage!

I'm so enjoying this trip down alphahole memory lane. Can't believe there's so many I've missed. One that cannot be left off the list is Leon Petrides in Pagan Lover. I know Leona just loved this one (kidding ;D).
