Helen Billington | 10 comments Mei, I have thought about having a copy for reference but like you I am reading the books in quick succession so am able to reference back to previous books. I also decided that I am reading the books for pleasure rather than as an academic exercise and so should take all the characters as I find them rather than relying on someone else's interpretation.

Helen Billington | 10 comments I've decided to invest in a second hand copy of Hilary Spurling's book from Amazon. I've finished book 5 and am finding keeping all of the characters in my head quite challenging. I think that following them through the next 7 novels/months without a handy reminder will be beyond me. I've already resorted to Wikipedia

I also picked up a copy. I am ashamed to say that I have fallen well behind in my Dance schedule; but I am planning a power burst very soon...
