Favorite and least favorite character? Why? *POSSIBLE SPOILERS*

Bailey was my favorite. He was awesomely and genuinely obsessed with the circus. I nearly cried when the circus left without him.
Least favorite was Celia's father. I know he wasn't a main character, but I hated the way he didn't trust his own daughter. He was always popping in on her and criticizing her. It made me really angry.

I liked Celia and Marco more as the book went on as they became independent of their teachers and found themselves and each other.

I also loved Bailey (his enthusiastic outlook on life within the circus. I also really liked Poppet right away.

Prospero was my least favorite character (selfish and often cruel to Celia)and Baileys sister was just so mean to Bailey.

I don't have least favorite character but have to agree with everyone that least favorite is probably Prospero.

My least favourite was the father who was egotistial, selfish and absolutely horrible to the daughter. I know this is a controversial view, but I also disliked Marco, who I thought was manipulative and selfish, and horrible towards Isobelle.

my favorite was celia because of her magical abilities and her entire story seemed to fascinate me.
My least favorite character was caroline, baileys sister. She was very mean.

My least favorite characters were the main ones, unfortunately: Celia and Marco. I never quite "believed" them as characters.

My favorites would be Bailey, Chandresh, and Thiessen. I love their passion!

Also Alexander. Morgenstern left him largely unexplained, which I find wonderfully compelling.

I think my favorite character was Poppet for sure. She understood more about the circus than everyone really gave her credit for and she could tell when something was going wrong. Also was the one who brought Bailey back to the circus and made him such a huge part of the circus.

Least favorite would be Prospero and the man in the grey suit. I didn't really like them. But, the story would have been wrong without them. They really needed to be in the story for the characters of Celia and Marco to develop into who they are.

Favorite: Celia, Marco, Bailey and his grandma, Thiessen, Murray twins, and Tsukiko. (I wish we could know her back story and how she won the magician's game against Prospero's challenger.)
Least fav: Prospero (He was so cruel to Celia, even as a litlle girl!)

I would say my favourite characters were Celia, Bailey, Tsukiko, Isobel and I'm also quite fond of Mr. Chandresh and Friedrick.

My least favourite was Prospero.

Everyone seems to dislike Prospero but I just love to hate him and along with the Alexander, Man in the Grey suit. Seems like they crucial part to the story.

My least favorite character was Bailey's sister, Caroline. Even though she was minor character, I could relate to having an annoying sister who constantly is belittling you.

My favorite character was Marco and the twins.
Least favorite was Prospero because he was not a nice person to Celia and him striving to be 'immortal' without taking into consideration how Celia would feel was selfish.
