Book Store
Katerina walked into the book shop and sighed as she looked around. She had a big project coming up and she had to study. She walked around before she began to grab books off the stuff before she piled them on the table and sat down. She let out a soft groan. She wished she had somebody else to do this for her, but like her dad always said. If you want something done right do it yourself. So with that in mind she opened on of the book and began to read highlighting as she went.
Luke walked into the bookstore and a little bell chimed as the door closed behind him, alerting the salesclerk someone came or had gone. He looked around not sure where to go in the bookstore being new to town and all. He looked lost he didn't read much so he wasn't very good at looking for a book for his sister. He started walking through the store trying to figure out what isle to head down, when he bumped into a table with a pretty girl sitting at it. He smiled at her "Sorry, I wasn't paying attention." he said.
When Katerina's books came tumbling down on her table she felt anger rush up in her . " yea well maybe you sh..." She started and then paused as she looked up at the boy: she raised her eyebrow before she felt herself calm down. He was pretty cute: " you should pay attention." She said this time more softly as she watched him. He looked a bit older to her and his face was one she had never seen.
He laughed as her tone of voice changed "I didn't mean to upset you" he said. He smiled at her and waited a few seconds before he said "Could you help me find a book? I just wanted to buy my sister one and I'm not really good with books." He rambled on about how he didn't read much until he realized he probably sounded stupid the more he said. He put his hand through his hair and sighed with a little chuckle. "Sorry for rambling, I will shut up...but I do need help finding a book."
Kat looked up at him and then sighed softly. " uh sure," she said smiling softly. He did ruble on but it was pretty cute the way he did it. She looked at him and then leaned against the table. " what is the book called?" She asked him softly. Truth was she didn't really know her way around this place either, but it couldn't be that hard.
He ran his hand through his hair again, he did this when he was nervous. He made a crooked smile looking at the ground "I didn't have a book picked out...she just likes to read so I thought I should get her a book." he looked up at her still with a crocked smile. "Any suggestions?" he asked.
Kat ran her eyes up his body before she bit her lip with a smile. She looked up at him and then nodded. " I'm guessing she is a teenager?" She said as she turned her back on him and began to walk. She looked back to see if her was following. " does she like romances?" She asked as she looked up at the signs that lead her to the young adult section.
"Yea, yea she is sixteen" he said following her. The way she walked made him smile. "I think she likes romances...I mean most girls like romances, right?" He tried to think of every book he had bought her before, and what was her favorite genre. "I know she likes murder-mystery books. Maybe we could find a murder- mystery, romance book?" he suggested. He tried to think of something that might be hard to find so he could spend more time with this gorgeous girl when he said "I'm sorry, I don't think I caught your name?"
Kat gave a soft smile as she looked back at him. " don't stereotype us." She said as she looked forward again. She paused as they reached the section. She looked towards the books before she heard him ask for her name. She paused , god what was her name again? She couldn't help but forget as she got lost in those eyes. " Kat. I mean Katerina but you can call me Kat." She said to him. " and you?" She said as she turned back to the books trying to hide her blush.
He smiled when she said not to stereotype them. He liked her confidence to say that. "I'm Luke." he said, he saw a little of the blush and said "Katerina...beautiful name, I like it." he put his hand on her face and made her look at him "You look cute when you blush, don't hide it" he said smiling
Kat was surprised when she felt his warm hand guide her face towards his. She didn't know why but she closed her eyes and let out a soft gasp. She opened her eyes and looked up at him. His actions making her blush even more. " stop it." She said softly as she lifted her hand and placed it on top of his and then set it down by his side. " they taught is in kindergarten to keep our hands to ourselves." She said softly, but smirked as she moved away from him to the other side of the bookcase as she watched him. She looked down and smiled as she picked up a book. " found one." She said as she licked her lips.
He smiled as she gasped and bit his lip a little. He laughed and said "Fine, I will keep my hands to myself". He walked over to her and leaned on the bookshelf, taking the book she had picked out "That was fast." he said watching her lick her lips. He looked at the cover and the back of the book skimming the comments from magazines and newspapers to see if the comments were good. He looked up and smiled "Thanks for helping me, I appreciate it."
Kat smiled softly and then pulled the book out of his hands. " oh don't think you get my help and I don't get anything in return." She said smiling up at him. " I do need my payment ." She said as she grinned widely , holding the book up to her Chet.
He smiled his crooked smile again and said "What do I pay you in?" Hoping in the back of his mind she would say a date or a kiss. He was still leaning on the bookshelf but he leaned in closer to her putting one of his hands on the book that she was holding so closley.

Kat looked down at his hand and then smiled up at him. " hmm well I do like seafood." She told him. " maybe you can take me to that new restaurant down town:" she said smiled up at him. " I mean it wouldn't be a date or anything , just you owning me a favor." She said grinning up at him.

He said to her with a soft blush. " you just seemed to have fit that category ."
Nate smiled over at her before she leaned against the wall. He looked around at the books and then at her. " what are you reading?" He asked her smiling.
" cool." He said smiling as he grabbed the book from her hands and then read the book. " seems very gory." He chuckled as he handed it back to her.
((its fine haha))Luke smiled and said "Sounds good to me. Whats your number so I can call you when I'm on my way to pick you up." He winked at her and said "Dress formal, I have something planned after dinner." He was happy he read the bulletin in the newspaper earlier, he was gonna take her to a salsa dance competition after dinner.

Kat watched him with a small smile. " alright give me your phone." She said smiling as she pushed her hair behind her ear and looked up at him with a broad smile. Her eyes shining bright. " I don't like it when boys are late to pick me ." She said as she bit her lip. " so don't be late." She said poking his chest with a giggle.
He smirked grabbing her hand when she poked him and said "What's this you were talking about earlier...about keeping our hands to ourselves...we learned in kindergarten." He put her hand to his side chuckling and slowly taking his hand out of hers. He reached into his pocket grabbing his phone and giving it to her "I won't be late, I promise." he added

Luke took her phone putting his number in swiftly, he put in his contact as Luke Jenkins;). He hoped it would make her smile. He handed her phone backk and took his phone, I will call you about the time when I get home and check my schedule. He took the book smiled and said "Thank you." and went to go buy it.

(( we could go straight to the date night thing?))Luke went to the cashier and bought the book smiling. He found a book for Marilyn and he met a beautiful girl. For some reason he wanted to know everything about her and couldn't wait for later that night.

Jordan walked into the store. She walked around looking for a series she hadn't finished reading. She picked up a book and read the back of the cover.
((No. Did you just make her?))She looked at the girl who was struggling to get the book and helped her.
She grabbed one of the books that she grabbed. It was a series and she started reading the back.
"I've seen you around. I'm Jordan." She said smiling.
She shrugged. "That's only me in school."
((She's straight. She should be on the last page.))"I am only mean when I'm in school, I go outside of school, then I talk to people who aren't popular."

She smiled and pulled the book out. "What's this about?" She asked. She actually loved reading.
"I do to. Favorite series is the Private series."
((Omg! I'm a huge fan of that series!!!!!))"I keep it a secret, but I love that series too. When Fred died, I cried for a week."
"I actually tried once watching the movie at that part and see if I could actually see him breathing."
"I know. Best part was when Harry defeted Voldemort." She said smiling.
"Favorite part through the whole series?"
"To me, was when Fred and George did the firework thing on Umbridge."
