Oh and I have to say something about Elizabeth's theory some people say no she can't be a time lord she would look different but now I realize she could be a time lord because remember when the doctor regenerated and he stayed the same by using his hand well she might have done that

I think they have more than 13, but they have the ability to choose if they want to die or regenerate. I also think there was a law that said 13, but time lords have more. Remember how the Master stole the Doctor's regenerations?
