Adding books from iPad goodreads app

I'm able to add books at Goodreads but I installed the application on iPad and I'm not able to find how to do it from here, for the menu is quite different in the app.

Do I have to log in through the webpage to add a new book or is it possible to do it through the app as well?

In the iPad app:

You can use the scan feature if book in front of you.

Or go to "home" and search for a book, click the right arrow in rightmost column and choose "Add to my books."

You can't actually add books to the database using the iPad app - you have to use the website.

Thank you both. I have no problems adding books to my list. It was when adding a new book to the data base. Now I know I have to use the web page for that.
