Brittany DeLys (brittdelys423) If you are and aspiring author or you would just like feedback on your synopsis post it here. I know from experience that the synopsis can be the most difficult part of writing a book for some. So here is a place where you can post and get feedback before you put it out for the world to see. Just post your synopsis then say what you want from it.

I thought this would be a good way for readers to help writers with their stories. If someone thinks this should be in a different folder feel free to move it or let me know and I'll see if I can figure out how to move it.

Brittany DeLys (brittdelys423) I'll go first so you get the idea:

“To the one that receives this letter. Protect it with all you have. In the hands of the Reformers it would mean even greater trouble for us. The Triad must be found and the Chosen brought together. The fate of our people rests on this.”

A hidden prophecy, an unknown power, and a group determined to destroy them both.

All Arianna Shae wants is to get out of Bakers Ridge and away from everyone who knows everything about her. Beginning her senior year, she sees her moment of escape getting closer and her spirits begin to rise, that is until he arrives and her life takes an unexpected turn.

As a Guardian, Chase Melina has always known what he was meant to do: protect the Chosen. Sent out on his first assignment, he’s struck with the feeling that all is not what it seems. As strange things begin to happen, he becomes even more determined to keep his protégée safe, especially after seeing what she can do.

When their worlds collide Chase and Arianna must fight for their lives. Through torture, escape, new relationships, legends, and even death they are determined to find out the answers to the questions revolving around their destiny and ultimately fulfill a prophecy that could save them all.

If you would read it reply with Yes. If you think it could use more of something reply with No and explain what is missing.

Jenny (juliababyjen) Yes!

Travis Berketa (travisberketa) Not sure.

The plot sounds a lot like other books I've read; the most recent one being Hilary Duff's Elixir trilogy, where the main character follows a prophecy which leads her to a stranger that she feels a strong connection to. Throughout the series both are hunted down for the elixir of everlasting life (and that's just really summarising it).

Without knowing exactly what the roles of your characters are and just a very brief overview of the storyline, I guess it just made me think of Elixir.

That said, I've read the first two books of that trilogy and have enjoyed it, so I guess I might have to judge your book by its cover on this one, in order to see if that gets me in.
